1. App Usage
By using Perspective, you agree to the app's collection of minimal data needed to process purchases and provide functionality as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
2. User Data
Basic usage data and purchase information are stored securely and used solely for providing app functionality. We do not share your personal data with third parties.
3. Subscription
Perspective offers two subscription options:
- Monthly subscription: $4.99 per month
- Annual subscription: $49.99 per year
All subscriptions are processed and managed through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
4. User Conduct
Users agree to provide accurate information when using the app and to use the app's features responsibly. Any attempt to manipulate or bypass the app's functionality is prohibited.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or website.
6. Limitations
While Perspective aims to provide a quality user experience, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. The app's effectiveness depends on user engagement.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store. We reserve the right to suspend service to users that violate these terms or misuse the app's features.
